A 12-month Breakthrough Co programme that transforms managers into skilled people leaders.This program includes a monthly facilitated Co-Lab facilitated by an accredited Freerange coach, participant access to the Active Learning System (online platform), participant workbooks, and monthly individual coaching sessions so leaders can develop their skills through daily practice in their jobs over 12-months. Participants learn how to lead with confidence, manage performance, and create a thriving workplace culture.

A 6-month Breakthrough Co programme tailored for frontline managers and supervisors. This program includes a monthly facilitated Co-Lab facilitated by an accredited Freerange coach, participant access to the Active Learning System (online platform), participant workbooks, and monthly individual coaching sessions so managers can develop their skills through daily practice in their jobs over 6-months.This hands-on training helps leaders gain practical management skills, handle challenges effectively, and bring out the best in their teams.

A 9-month Breakthrough Co programme for emerging leaders who want to grow their leadership skills through daily practice in their roles. This program includes a monthly facilitated Co-Lab facilitated by an accredited Freerange coach, participant access to the Active Learning System (online platform), participant workbooks, and monthly individual coaching sessions.This programme builds confidence, communication skills, and leadership potential while preparing participants for future leadership responsibilities.
